Where we ship We deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time. Timelines Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. Metro cities typically receive orders sooner; remote PIN codes may take longer. You can check an estimated delivery date for your PIN code on every product page. Shipping charges Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 carry a delivery fee shown at checkout. The minimum order value is ₹100. Cash on Delivery may carry a small COD fee, shown clearly at checkout before you place the order. Tracking Once dispatched, your order's courier name and tracking details are added to your order and emailed to you. Track any order at kidankam.in/track-order using your order number and email. Delays Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals or courier constraints. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@kidankam.com or 9266148999 (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm IST) and we will chase it for you.
