Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped — from My Orders (Cancel Order button) or by contacting support with your order number. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled; you may refuse delivery or request a return after it arrives, as per our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds for cancelled orders For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Any Kidankam Coins redeemed on the order are returned to your account immediately. Cancellation by Kidankam In rare cases we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or serviceability issues at your PIN code.
