How long does delivery take?+
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Check your PIN code on any product page for an estimate.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. Orders below that carry a small delivery fee shown at checkout.
What is the minimum order value?+
The minimum order value is ₹100.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders (a small COD fee may apply, shown at checkout).
What is your return policy?+
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, with free pickup for approved returns. Refunds are initiated after inspection and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your original payment method. Each product page shows whether the item is return-eligible.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. Once shipped, you can refuse delivery or raise a return instead.
Are your toys safe and certified?+
We list safety information, age guidance and material details on product pages, and BIS certification details where applicable/supplied by the manufacturer. Always check the age recommendation before buying.
Do toys come with warranty?+
Warranty is as per each brand/manufacturer’s policy and is mentioned on the product page where applicable.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email. Once shipped, we add the courier name and tracking ID to your order.
Do I need an account to shop?+
No — you can browse and check out as a guest using just your email and phone. Creating a free account additionally lets you track orders in one place, request returns, save addresses and wishlists, and earn Kidankam Coins on every delivered order.
