Return & Refund Policy
Our promise
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Kidankam provides free pickup for approved returns. Refunds are initiated after inspection and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
Eligibility for returns
A product is eligible for return if it is unused and in its original packaging with all tags, parts, accessories and freebies intact, and the return is requested within 7 days of delivery from your Kidankam account (My Orders → Return / Refund).
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect: opened hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. bottles, tiffins, teethers, soft toys with removed packaging), personalised or customised products, and items marked as final sale or clearance. Return eligibility is shown on every product page.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including for products that are otherwise non-returnable.
How returns work
Raise the request from My Orders, choosing the item and reason. Once approved, we schedule a free pickup from your delivery address. If pickup is unavailable at your PIN code, we may ask you to courier the item and will reimburse reasonable shipping charges. After the returned item passes inspection, your refund is initiated: prepaid payments return to the original payment method within 10 business days; Cash-on-Delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI. Any Kidankam Coins used are re-credited to your account immediately on approval.
